What You’ll Do:
Assist the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policies
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying creative ways to set the community apart
Execute marketing initiatives through social media and community outreach promotions
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to drive resident retention
Set clear expectations with residents regarding timely payment of balances owed
Proactively work to minimize delinquent rent
Participate in company-wide training programs to maintain compliance and enhance professional development
Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve overall property goals
Step in to manage the property in the Manager’s absence
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of property management experience required
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands
Proven success assisting with delinquent rent collections
Commitment to delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents
Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, NALP/CALP preferred
Experience with Yardi and Revenue Management software a plus
Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule as needed
