Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in administrative services.

Experience Substitution: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties

Analyze account history, balances, documentation, and system activity to determine appropriate account status and resolution actions in accordance with statutes and ODR policy.

Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding accounts placed with ODR, providing accurate and policy-based information.

Interpret and explain applicable statutes, policies, and account actions to customers and stakeholders.

Conduct skip tracing using approved research tools, including TLO, LOR Tax System, Louisiana Workforce Commission employment database, and other authorized resources.

Evaluate account eligibility for payment arrangements and other disposition actions in accordance with ODR policies and statutory limitations.

Position Specific Details

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, Job Appointment, Detail to Special Duty or WAE.

Career Progression: This position may be filled as a Revenue Tax Analyst 1 or 2.

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
