An industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization is actively seeking a
Human Resources Business Partner (Learning & Development)
for their growing facility. This role will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies to advance business operations and provide high quality HR services. Position Overview
Design and facilitate high-quality training programs that build employee capability and strengthen succession pipelines. Coach and advise managers during talent reviews, performance management, and development planning. Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the site. Manage training systems, records, and compliance, including event creation and system support. Develop and distribute learning and development communications. Pursue and manage external training grants and funding opportunities. Oversee learning and meeting facilities to support development activities. Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field. 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment and/or administrative level experience.
