Responsibility for providing support and instruction to consumers in life skills areas.
Completing progress notes, attendance records and all documentation/reports per agency procedures.
Assisting consumers with making choices; providing information as needed.
Responsible for maintaining consumer and program confidentiality.
Working closely with consumers and Case Manager/Supervisor to ensure appropriate service provision.
Maintaining professional relations with Regional Center employees, parents, consumers and other circle of support members.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
ILS specialists: 1 year (Preferred)
Driver's License (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
