Relationship Skills Coach
Le Tusa, Inc, San Francisco, CA, United States
Position Overview
Seeking an individual to provide relationship and social-emotional skills-based coaching, and sexuality education to neurodiverse and developmentally disabled adults and youth. Services to be provided virtually, in-person, in the community, and through school-based programs. The RSC will contribute to curriculum development and program implementation within a collaborative, creative, and evolving multidisciplinary team.
Le Tusa, Inc. is a values-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals in identifying and cultivating meaningful growth, healing, and transformation in their lives. Le Tusa was founded by Tiffany Cleveland, a practicing psychotherapist, consultant, and coach in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tiffany has been working alongside disabled adults, children, and their families and providers since 2010.
Le Tusa provides specialized clinical and relationship skills-based coaching and support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), as well as their families and broader circles of support.
Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approaches and systemic change, with a strong commitment to disability justice, autonomy, and inclusive sexuality education. We recognize the importance of supporting individuals in developing skills related to relationships, boundaries, consent, and self-expression in ways that honor their identities, lived experiences, and goals. We also recognize the importance of changing the systems that support people with disabilities, and actively develop and implement programs that contribute to systemic change.
Le Tusa is currently expanding its Relationship & Sexuality Skills Programs, which are designed to provide accessible, affirming, and individualized education and coaching. As a growing organization, we foster a collaborative and innovative environment with meaningful opportunities for both program development and professional growth.
Our team is led by a practicing, licensed therapist, and our leadership approach is grounded in the same therapeutic values that guide our clinical work. This includes a commitment to reflection, accountability, relational practice, and ongoing growth, both individually and as a team. We actively work to build and sustain a team culture that reflects these values, while also recognizing that we are humans navigating complex work, relationships, and systems—we are not perfect, and we approach this work with humility, openness, and a willingness to continue learning.
The nature of this work often involves navigating uncertainty, complexity, and evolving client needs. Team members are not expected to have all the answers; rather, we value the choice to remain present, collaborative, and thoughtful in moments of ambiguity. We emphasize working together through uncertainty, engaging in reflective dialogue, and moving ideas forward with curiosity, care, and shared responsibility.
As a community-based organization, we operate within broader funding systems that are often under-resourced and continuously evolving. At times, this can create real constraints in our ability to meet every need in the ways we would ideally want. We are transparent about these realities while remaining deeply committed to advocating for our clients, supporting our team, and continuously strengthening our programs within these conditions.
We are seeking team members who are not only passionate about this work, but who are also motivated to actively contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our programs. We value individuals who bring their own professional and lived experiences into the work, and who are excited to collaborate, create, and refine programming in a dynamic and responsive environment.
Strong candidates will demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth, including having engaged in their own reflective work (such as therapy, coaching, or other growth-oriented practices). We value team members who practice accountability, self-awareness, and ethical responsibility, and who are open to both giving and receiving feedback as part of a supportive and evolving team culture.
We actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including individuals with lived experience of disability, and those with experience working with trauma survivors, neurodiverse communities, and sexuality education.
