Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services at Abilene Christian University to lead a high‑quality on‑campus dining program. The role requires building relationships, exceeding client and guest expectations, managing staff, and maintaining excellent service standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop nutritious and high‑quality meals.
Implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client.
Manage, train, and develop associates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial experience and business acumen.
Proficient computer skills with MS Office.
Associate’s degree preferred.
