Tundra is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a pipeline of high‑quality candidates across all industries. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates while driving growth through talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Rapidly assess client job requisitions, identifying critical skills and building a pipeline of qualified candidates for Tundra’s Account Managers.

Act as the key point of contact, aligning a candidate’s goals and qualifications with client requirements.

Build relationships and develop a talent network with IT and engineering professionals.

Maintain relationships with contract candidates through in‑person meetings, coffee sessions, lunches, and events.

Take ownership of recruitment opportunities and use resourcefulness to identify and attract the best candidates through multiple platforms, referrals, and networking events.

Conduct interviews and negotiate market‑competitive pay rates.

Coach candidates on resume preparation and interview skills.

Maintain a current understanding of the contingent and technical workforce industry, industry changes, and innovations.

Qualifications

Respond positively to pressure and thrive in a competitive environment.

Make quick decisions and act decisively.

Be tech‑savvy and capable of solving unexpected challenges creatively.

Ability to use multiple technologies such as applicant tracking systems, vendor management systems, and the Microsoft Suite.

Prior experience as a recruiter.

Secondary education or comparable experience.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $60,000. Tundra offers uncapped commission, bonuses, and associate option plans. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
