Our rapidly expanding, private equity‑backed client is seeking a strategic, driven, and analytically strong
Finance Manager
to join their high‑performance finance organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional ready to step into broader ownership of financial planning, reporting, and business partnership while helping shape the company’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of financial performance, including trends, variances, KPIs, and operational drivers, to support data‑driven decision‑making
Manage and develop high performing team
Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, insight, and clarity
Partner cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and executive leadership to evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities
Develop and enhance financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards to improve visibility and support proactive management
Drive ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and special projects in support of senior finance leadership
Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and scalable financial infrastructure as the company continues to grow
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI or data visualization tools preferred
Demonstrated analytical rigor, business acumen, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, PE‑backed or high‑growth environment
3–6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
