Our growing client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis within a high-performance, PE-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting for senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed by senior finance leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Internship or work experience in finance, consulting, or investment banking preferred but not required
