Job Summary
George Nunnally Chevrolet is currently seeking an enthusiastic, Business Development Center Representative to cultivate relationships with potential and current customers through proactive and reactive outbound calling. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits Full-time position with competitive competition and commission incentives. Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and 401k.
Responsibilities
Generate sales leads and follow-up on leads generated from the internet or other sources.
Utilize customer relationship management software to enter customer information, establish and maintain customer relationships, and track customer engagement efforts.
Schedule demonstrations and follow-up appointments.
Assist customers in identifying vehicles that meet their lifestyle, budget, and car needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
Requirements
Strong knowledge and understanding of automobile sales, products, and services.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work with customers as well as managing a high volume of phone calls and emails.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
