Customer Service Representative
Home Run Auto Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Brodhead Chevrolet, a part of our growing automotive family. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Schedule vehicle appointments for sales and service, ensuring optimal customer convenience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Assist in managing online leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide information on promotions, vehicle specifications, and financing options to customers.
