We’re looking for a skilled professional with strong plumbing and remodeling experience who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a crew.

Occasional overnight travel with hotel provided
Responsibilities
Lead bathroom installation projects from start to finish
Supervise and support crew members on-site
Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
Communicate job progress with operations
Complete final walkthroughs and project photos
Qualifications
Strong plumbing experience required
License preferred
3+ years of construction/remodeling experience
1+ year of acrylic bath system experience preferred
Previous crew leadership experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to travel overnight as needed in Florida
