What Success Looks Like (Key Outcomes) In this role, you will:
Consistently deliver high‑quality carpentry work across multiple phases of construction
Complete assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision
Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe job site
Support the Lead Carpenter in keeping projects on schedule and moving forward
Demonstrate growth in skill, ownership, and leadership readiness over time
Key Responsibilities Carpentry Execution
Perform framing, siding, trim, and general carpentry work
Execute tasks according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
Assist with layout, measurements, and installation
Team Support & Coordination
Work alongside the Lead Carpenter to maintain job flow and productivity
Assist with material handling, staging, and site logistics
Step in where needed to support overall project progress
Quality & Job Site Standards
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
Identify and communicate issues or discrepancies early
Growth & Development
Continuously build skills across different phases of residential construction
Take initiative to learn leadership responsibilities
Prepare for progression into a Lead Carpenter role
Qualifications Experience & Skills
3-6 years of residential carpentry experience
Working knowledge of construction sequencing and job site flow
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Comfortable using standard carpentry tools and equipment
Professional Traits
Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and follow through
Detail‑oriented with pride in craftsmanship
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Coachable and motivated to grow
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to read basic plans and follow direction
Physically capable of performing carpentry work
