Schedule: Mon‑Tue 9am‑6pm, Fri 9am‑6pm, Sat‑Sun 10am‑5pm.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Be part of a team and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing.

Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for customers.

Perform market research on comps for marketing and advertising.

Plan and execute community events.

Follow up with prospects by phone and email.

Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.

Assist in lease renewals.

Respond to resident concerns.

What We Are Looking For

Previous sales and customer service experience desired or a positive can‑do attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of property management software (Yardi/One Site) is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal documents, explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Essential Responsibilities

Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move‑in and lease signing.

Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are move‑in ready, and coordinate any maintenance.

Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow community policies on concessions.

Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing tools, and community‑specific plans.

Use on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Maintain show quality standards for show units and uphold merchandising and show unit presentation.

Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.

Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, engaging residents, and ensuring timely renewal document signing.

Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and document and convey requests to the appropriate parties.

Required Licenses or Certifications

All licenses and/or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.

Work in all weather conditions.

Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.

Occasional travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training sessions, or meet other professional needs.

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Hourly range: $21.00 – $23.75.

Additional Compensation

Corporate positions may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs.

On‑site property positions may be eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs.
