Assistant Superintendent - Residential Remodeling
Location:
East Valley (Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale)
Employment Type:
Full‑time, W-2
Compensation:
$28-$35 per hour (based on experience)
About the Position We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to help coordinate field operations and support the Superintendent across multiple active job sites. This position is a good fit for someone with hands‑on remodeling experience who can assist with jobsite coordination, communicate effectively, and contribute to finishing work when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and coordination
Support project scheduling, inspections, and trade sequencing
Complete finish work and punch list items (trim, cabinets, hardware, touch‑ups)
Help with material pickups, deliveries, and jobsite setup
Maintain project documentation, including logs, photos, and receipts
Communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
Help ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
Experience in residential remodeling required (kitchens, bathrooms, or additions preferred)
Ability to perform basic finish carpentry and punch work
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Comfortable working in occupied residential environments
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience with project management tools (JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $28 to $35, depending on experience
Full‑time W‑2 employment
Mileage reimbursement for work‑related travel
Paid holidays, PTO, and Arizona sick time
