
Sr. Director Strategic Accounts

Synchronizing operational support across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assuming accountability for results
Develop operational, financial and systems SOP and subsequent regional/branch coordination and training.
Lead implementation of new business
Provides strategic direction, support and coaching to regional/local operations teams
Internal and external business reviews on a regular schedule to be shared collaboratively with team members in each region and with executive sponsors.
Partners with and coordinates internal company resources to achieve business objectives, maintain account satisfaction, and ensure that the company's specialty services are aligned to support client operational and integration SLAs while achieving acceptable margins
Develop BI solutions
Branch operations coordination & training
Works to develop employees’ skills, evaluates performance and provides feedback, and oversees resolution of employee relations issues
Manages a high-caliber team of employees
Engages in all strategic RFQ opportunities
Ensures ISO Compliant corrective process being administrated timely and thoroughly from point of defect awareness through corrective action implementation and completion
50% client facing role
Ensures consistency of the process and our performance so company has a scalable operation to grow on
Manages cost and revenue to ensure proper yield so (EBITDA) targets are achieved for the assigned account(s)
Provides financial reporting to relevant stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Attendance and presence at worksite is an expectation
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Other Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Functions well both independently and in a team setting
Proficient in both Excel and Microsoft Word
Education and Experience
High School Degree or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-7 years of related experience
3–5 years of industry experience preferred
Certifications and Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
