Marshall County Central Schools is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Grades 5–12 Principal and Activities Director. This position provides overall leadership for our middle and high school programs, including academics, student support, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional leadership focused on student achievement and growth

Support, supervise, and evaluate staff while promoting professional development

Lead school improvement efforts aligned to district strategic priorities

Oversee student support systems, behavior expectations, and school climate

Serve as Activities Director, overseeing athletics and extracurricular programs

Build strong connections with students, families, and community partners

Qualifications:

Minnesota Principal and Teaching License (required)

5 years+ teaching experience preferred

Coaching or activities experience preferred

Compensation:

Starting salary: $96,000+, based on experience and qualifications
