As a Leasing Intern with a focus on customer service, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the leasing activities of the apartment community while prioritizing the happiness and well‑being of current residents. You will develop and implement strategies to attract new residents, enhance resident retention, and ensure a high level of satisfaction among all residents. Your efforts will contribute to creating a vibrant and welcoming community that residents are proud to call home.
Qualifications
Prior leasing and sales experience
Strong closing skills, creative problem‑solving, and ability to market units effectively
Customer service background preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong intrapersonal skills, and the ability to handle objections
Administrative experience preferred
Detail oriented, excellent time‑management skills, and proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Hospitality background preferred
Positive team player and self‑starter
Yardi experience preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations preferred
