Full-Time Facilitated Enroller
Reports To: Program Manager

Responsibilities
Identify, educate, and enroll qualified Aged, Blind & Disabled population individuals into the relevant Medicaid health insurance program
Assure that application is accurately completed and adhering to submission deadline dates
Meet productivity and quality performance targets
Attend internal and external trainings and meetings
Understand overall eligibility requirements for government-sponsored health insurance programs
Maintain timely knowledge of government-sponsored health insurance program updates or changes
Assist with community outreach activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
Must be bilingual in English/Chinese
Experience working in a human service or health-related setting in Asian-American immigrant community
Experience using computers
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
