Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal/Commercial Insurance Agent to join a small, dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with management in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for both sales and service, with a focus on growing the agency's book of business. Compensation Package

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities

Manage and grow a mix of personal and commercial insurance accounts, including high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues promptly. Actively pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency's $4 million premium book. Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business until a personal renewal portfolio is established. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications

Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or service. Experience with Safeco, Travelers, Hartford, Foremost, or Progressive is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZLynx software is preferred but not required. Soft Skills:
