Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment Manage daily system backups Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets Document and resolve user issues in a timely manner Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with IT systems, hardware, and software support Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
