About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager to help build and scale a best-in-class internal creative organization. In this role, you’ll partner with senior business and brand leaders to deliver high-impact global creative programs across cross-border initiatives, affluent audience strategies, and master brand campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in shaping globally scalable creative work, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and at the highest level of creative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate global stakeholders, agencies, and production partners
- Drive toolkit development and asset delivery across markets
- Improve workflows and ensure operational excellence
Required Skills
- 8–10 years in creative project/program management
- Experience leading global campaigns and multi-market delivery
- Strong knowledge of creative workflows, production, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tools like Wrike, Workfront, and MS Office
Nice to Have
- Experience with global brands or in-house creative teams
- Background in scaling creative operations
- Process improvement and workflow optimization experience
Education
- Bachelors degree is preferred
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70-75 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
