Compensation
$55,000 – $80,000 base salary (based on experience and capability)
Commission opportunity tied to referral generation
Earn commission on inbound opportunities generated through your referral partner network

About the Role
This is not a “social media coordinator” role.
This is a growth‑focused marketing role responsible for building relationships, executing campaigns, fueling organic lead growth and driving measurable referral‑based business.
The Marketing Associate Will Connect
Referral partners (realtors, lenders, business owners)
Clients and prospects
Digital platforms (social, video, campaigns)
You will take ownership of execution, bring structure to marketing efforts, and help turn relationships into consistent business growth.
Referral & Partnership Development
Build and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, and local business partners
Conduct in‑person outreach and consistent follow‑up
Generate and track referral activity with clear ROI accountability
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
Coordinate sponsorships, co‑marketing efforts, and community engagement
Develop and manage referral relationships that contribute directly to agency growth and personal commission opportunity
Content & Social Media Execution
Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop short‑form video, educational content, and brand‑aligned posts
Manage and execute a structured monthly content calendar
Align content with local events, seasonal topics, and referral partner visibility
Podcast & Video Marketing
Manage and grow The Premium Perspective podcast
Handle guest outreach, scheduling, and recording coordination
Oversee content production and distribution across all platforms
Support YouTube strategy including scripting, SEO, and content repurposing
Campaigns & Marketing Systems
Build and manage email, SMS, and referral campaigns
Coordinate campaign execution with internal and external partners
Monitor performance and optimize based on data
Events & Community Engagement
Plan and execute client and partner events
Coordinate sponsorships and local involvement
Capture and repurpose content from events
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track referrals, campaigns, and marketing ROI
Maintain organized records of activity and results
Identify high‑performing channels and partnerships
Support Structure & Resources
This role is designed for ownership—not isolation.
You Will Be Supported By
A Video Editing Virtual Assistant (post‑production and content editing)
An Automation Virtual Assistant (campaign setup and CRM workflows)
External marketing partners supporting website, SEO, and paid advertising
Your role is to lead, coordinate, and ensure execution quality—not to perform every technical task yourself.

Requirements
Systems, Tools & Technology
Monday.com (project and campaign management)
Canva (required) and video tools (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
CRM and marketing automation platforms
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Docs)
AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content development
All major social media platforms
Expectation: Ability to learn and operate within multiple systems efficiently.
Ideal Candidate
Polished, professional, and confident in communication
Creative but highly organized
Comfortable both in‑person and behind a screen
Systems‑oriented and execution‑driven
Able to take ownership and follow through
Preferred Experience
Marketing, content creation, or brand management
Experience working with:
Realtors
Mortgage lenders
Title companies
Or other relationship‑driven industries
Bonus
Insurance or financial services experience
Video/content creation background
Education
College degree not required
Marketing or Communications background is a plus
Work Structure
Hybrid role
Must work in‑office at least 3 days per week
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Austin
