The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, driven strategist who can see both the big picture and the details that make marketing successful. This person is comfortable developing strategy, translating ideas into execution, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
The Digital Strategist will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to guide digital marketing initiatives across a variety of B2B and B2C clients. They will help clients understand where they are today, where they want to go, and the practical steps required to get there.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands‑on—a generalist who understands multiple digital channels and can plan, build, launch, and grow cohesive strategies that connect them. The right candidate enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, experimenting with new tools and platforms, and continuously improving results through data and iteration.
About the Job
The Digital Strategist is responsible for shaping and guiding digital marketing strategies for clients while ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business goals. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and content, helping clients connect their marketing investments to measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan, build, launch, and grow digital strategies that align marketing channels, messaging, and performance metrics.
Create annual marketing plans and campaign roadmaps.
Develop multi‑channel digital strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels.
Lead and demand generation strategies.
Audience development and targeting strategies.
Set performance benchmarks and KPIs for marketing success.
Oversee planning and execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Collaborate with internal specialists and guide campaign direction.
Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Analyze campaign results, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Communicate insights and results clearly to clients and internal teams.
Write and edit marketing content such as blogs, emails, and campaign messaging.
Contribute to website content strategy and landing pages.
Support social media and campaign content development.
Collaborate with designers and developers to bring content to life.
Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation platforms to increase marketing performance and improve efficiency.
Use AI tools to accelerate content production and research.
Leverage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks.
Apply emerging technologies that improve campaign performance or delivery speed.
Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Participate in client meetings and help communicate strategies, campaign results, and recommendations.
Present ideas, explain complex topics in simple terms, and build trust with clients.

About You
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of multiple digital marketing channels including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
Experience building multi‑channel marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Experience writing or contributing to marketing content such as blogs, emails, and campaign messaging.
Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards.
Comfortable working across a variety of marketing tools and platforms.
Able to balance strategy and execution—thinking big while still getting things done.
Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams.
Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys solving complex problems.

Familiarity with SEO tools and keyword research platforms.
Experience building marketing dashboards or performance reporting.
