Job Title Director of Marketing and Admissions Position Summary The Director of Marketing and Admissions serves as a key leader in advancing the mission of Brave Christian Schools by attracting, enrolling, and retaining families who align with the school’s biblical values and educational philosophy. This role integrates strategic marketing, relational admissions, and Christ-centered communication to tell the story of the school and steward families through the enrollment journey with integrity, care, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Admissions & Enrollment Leadership Lead and manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment and re-enrollment Develop and implement enrollment strategies that support sustainable growth and mission alignment Personally engage with prospective families through tours, interviews, open houses, and follow-up Train and supervise admissions staff to ensure a Christ-centered, welcoming, and professional experience Review applications and make enrollment recommendations in alignment with school policies and values Track, analyze, and report enrollment data, trends, and goals Marketing & Communications Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategic yearly marketing plan that clearly communicates the school’s Christian mission, academic excellence, and spiritual formation Ensure all messaging, branding, and storytelling reflect Brave’s mission Oversee website content, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising Create print and promotional materials including viewbooks, brochures, and campus signage Capture and share stories of student growth, faith development, alumni impact, and community life Mission Alignment & Community Engagement Serve as a mission ambassador for the school within churches, ministries, and the broader community Build relationships with pastors, youth leaders, and church communities Strengthen partnerships with current families to support retention and referrals Support student re-enrollment and family engagement efforts Participate in school worship, chapel, and spiritual life events Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Executive of Schools, the Principle leadership team, the Directors and faculty Provide regular reports on enrollment progress, marketing effectiveness, and family engagement Manage marketing and admissions budgets responsibly Ensure admissions practices align with accreditation standards and biblical values Qualifications Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith Bachelor’s degree required; (Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field) 5+ years of experience in admissions, marketing, enrollment management, or Christian education Strong relational, communication, and leadership skills Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis Understanding of Christian school culture and family dynamics Desired Attributes Spiritually mature and mission-driven Warm, relational, and servant-hearted Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills Authentic communicator and storyteller Collaborative leader who values partnership with families Reports To Vice Executive of Schools #J-18808-Ljbffr
