Sales Consultant in Training – Johnson Brothers

Responsibilities
Travel around assigned territory to service accounts
Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and serve the accounts
Fill shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Communicate with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer’s preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours
Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship with the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, having excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
Perform other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Work experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus
Goal and results oriented
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work
Competitive, self‑motivated and customer service oriented
Professional written and oral communication skills a must
Have reliable transportation with valid insurance
Good driving record
Ability to lift to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
