Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Summary Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Leasing Agent for a part‑time, 3 days per week position (including Saturday). This role involves leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community.
Duties
Lease and market apartment homes.
Assist with monitoring competitive market trends affecting rent and occupancy.
Assist with monitoring the property’s physical condition.
Interact and coordinate with other site employees.
Provide effective resident relations.
Assist with processing administrative paperwork and clerical duties as necessary.
Respond to resident needs and provide services to the rental community.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
1 year of Leasing Agent experience preferred.
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
Proven track record of a successful sales record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
