In this role, you will help the sales team and keep operations running smoothly in the sales department. You will also help us improve communities everywhere. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be dedicated to keeping things accurate and efficient while growing in their career. Are You Someone Who... Has a keen eye for detail? Is proactive and steps in when you see things need some help? Enjoys working with data, from performing updates and uploads in CRM systems to evaluating reports for management? Is organized and can handle administrative tasks like paperwork, bid management, vendor packets, and compliance with company standards? Can manage logistics for events and travel, ensuring tradeshow booths are ready and attendee arrangements follow company guidelines? Is versatile enough to assist with IT, technical support, and procedural inquiries as they arise? You are great at documentation the steps that you take so that others can follow in the same path. What You Bring! Comfort using, learning, and teaching technology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High school/GED (Required) associates or bachelors (Preferred). Experience in a sales support or coordination role within a similar industry. (Preferred) Key Responsibilities Work with the sales team and sales management to ensure customers are cared for professionally and according to company standards. Assist with various issues related to IT, technical support, and procedural inquiries. Continuously monitor the CRM to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform mass updates, territory assignments, data enrichment, and deduplication in the CRM. Facilitate back-end paperwork processes, portal management, sample delivery, and maintain compliance for all DOT record accounts in coordination with Key Account Managers. Provide analytical graphs and additional reports to management on performance metrics. Review and manage bids, ensuring the completion of necessary documentation and compliance before submission. Oversee the vendor packet completion and submission process. Update forecasts and quotas in CRM reports and dashboards. Research and register for upcoming tradeshows, manage booth logistics, and ensure all materials are prepared and functional for the event. Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees following company guidelines, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
