NOW HIRING for an Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company!
Must Haves
1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience
Experience with a CRM or ERP system
Description
Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow up.
Confirms account number, part number & descriptions.
Communicates to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates.
Confirms pricing & availability.
Answers customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid).
Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders.
Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure.
Shift Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
