Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep
Now hiring for an Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company! Must haves: 1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience Experience with a CRM or ERP system Description:
Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner. Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow up Confirms account number, part number & descriptions Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates Confirms pricing & availability Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid) Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
