Data Entry Specialist
Join a growing precision manufacturing company and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and customer interactions. This role offers a defined path into inside sales and broader manufacturing management. Responsibilities: Convert and enter customer, product, and pricing data from Excel spreadsheets into the JobBOSS ERP system. Accurately enter and maintain customer quotes and sales orders. Assist with purchase order entry and tracking. Maintain data accuracy and system integrity. Provide administrative support to operations and sales teams. Communicate with customers to clarify order details or provide basic updates. After six months, support inside sales activities, including quoting and order management. Increase direct customer interaction. Learn manufacturing workflows, scheduling, and production coordination. Develop towards future growth in inside sales, operations, or manufacturing management. Essential Skills: Strong data entry and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to learn and work within ERP systems (JobBOSS experience is a plus). Basic customer service and professional communication skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. Work Environment: This role is set in an office environment with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, PA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
