
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Provide an excellent client experience; greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing patients, and handle payments.
Answer phone calls, including screening for service needs and scheduling appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing e‑mail and text messaging.
Monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness.
Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within practice management software.
Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year related experience required.
Compensation Base hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.25 depending on experience Eligible for periodic bonuses.
