The Travel Consultant (Activations) Representative will be responsible for handling automated dialer outbound calls to existing customers, to finalize a vacation reservation date. They will update the customer database and document reservations for the customer in the Concierge Platform reservation system. They must adhere to specific verification guidelines, to ensure we deliver a qualified tour guest to our Vacation Ownership Sales Centers, to preview our Vacation Ownership programs. The Activations Associate will manage calls with the guests’ experience in the highest regard.

Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8pm (Saturday availability based on business need) THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
Responsibilities
Assists guests with finalizing their vacation package reservation date Handles properly the Avaya Dialer System to maximize productivity Adheres to daily Campaign Assignment schedules as directed by any/all Leadership Collaborates with other Call Center Departments to ensure proper Paperwork, itinerary letter requests, and inventory requests Documents guests’ accounts Adheres to Approved Sales Pitch offer as designed per Campaign Increases revenue by selling extra nights, upgrades, package upgrades, tickets, car rentals, and additional rooms Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience Quality service fundamentals, MS Office Suite Detailed‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately Strong interpersonal communication Benefits
