Reservation Representatives assist guests with hotel reservations and ensure their needs are met during their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-9pm; weekend availability required based on business need. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations Provide information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, and availability Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the reservation system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests Perform night audit duties as needed Experience and Skills

1 year of call center experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices Familiarity with hospitality management and hotel operations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits
