Arrow Exterminators – Customer Service Representative A full‑time Customer Service Representative position provides uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The role is hourly paid based on experience.

Day In The Life As the first point of contact, you will handle incoming phone calls, diagnose issues, schedule service, process payments, and update customer files. You will also make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. You will work in a team environment to meet the service center’s monthly goals. Strong computer skills, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to creating an awesome experience will ensure your success.

Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional appearance

Ability to work a minimum 40‑hour workweek

Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed
