Job Title Distribution Associate
Job Responsibilities
Follow requirements of the Quality Management System, including acceptance criteria, storage and traceability of product inbound and outbound, and report non-conformances.
Process incoming deliveries: unload trucks, sort products, palletize or re-palletize, confirm accuracy against packing list, receive product, and put away at assigned location.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, selecting products according to customer order specifications.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts, adhering to inventory integrity procedures.
Operate material handling equipment (electric and manual pallet jacks, work assist vehicle) safely, ensure equipment is in good working condition, and record operation.
Follow CTPAT procedures and GMP guidelines to maintain a clean, organized distribution center, observing health, safety, and hygiene rules.
Perform mailroom duties as assigned.
Help operate material handling equipment as needed to support operations.
Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout each process.
Adhere to all company policies, including safety and attendance.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; 0–1 year of general warehouse/distribution work preferred.
Ability to learn and operate material handling equipment.
Basic math skills.
Read/write English.
Accurate reading and interpretation of multi‑digit alphanumeric part numbers and product attributes.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Ability to operate RF scanning devices and other equipment.
Ability to work in multiple systems.
Obtain Hazmat/Lithium battery certification as needed.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
