Digital Marketing Specialist – Full-Time (Scottsdale, Arizona)
OMNIUX, Scottsdale, AZ, United States
Digital Marketing Specialist
OMNIUX is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist who operates with a high level of accountability, analytical rigor, and execution speed.
This is not an entry‑level marketing role and is not for someone who simply schedules social posts or launches basic advertising campaigns.
We are looking for a marketing operator who understands that modern digital marketing is data‑driven, performance‑focused, and systemized. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, analyzing performance metrics daily, and making rapid adjustments to improve outcomes.
You will work directly with our internal marketing, design, and technology teams to deploy campaigns and digital strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients.
This role requires someone who is organized, disciplined, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment where expectations are high and results matter.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring for paid media initiatives
Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly based on key performance indicators including cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
Collaborate with internal design teams to develop ad creative and campaign assets that support performance objectives
Execute and maintain social media marketing initiatives for client accounts in accordance with structured content calendars
Support search engine optimization initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and monitoring of search performance
Analyze campaign data and produce clear performance insights that inform marketing strategy
Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and internal tracking across multiple client accounts
Work closely with internal developers, strategists, and marketing managers to deploy integrated digital campaigns
Utilize AI‑driven tools where appropriate to increase operational efficiency and improve campaign performance
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with marketing data
The ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail
Discipline in documenting work and maintaining organized campaign structures
A proactive mindset when identifying optimization opportunities
Consistent execution without constant oversight
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns or performance marketing initiatives
Demonstrated experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar advertising platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
Experience working with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
Bonus Experience
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows
Experience working in fast‑paced agency or startup environments
This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If
You prefer highly structured environments where every task is assigned and managed for you
You are uncomfortable being accountable for measurable performance metrics
You struggle to manage multiple projects or deadlines at the same time
You view digital marketing primarily as social media posting rather than performance‑driven strategy
You are not comfortable analyzing data and adjusting campaigns based on results
You prefer slow‑paced work environments over fast‑moving teams
You are looking for a role where you can “coast” once campaigns are launched
You are not comfortable receiving direct feedback intended to improve performance
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy solving marketing problems using data and experimentation
You take pride in building campaigns that perform measurably better over time
You are organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in your work
You are comfortable operating in an environment where expectations are high
You want to grow within a company that is building technology, marketing systems, and scalable infrastructure for ambitious businesses
