Digital Marketing Specialist OMNIUX is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist who operates with a high level of accountability, analytical rigor, and execution speed. This is not an entry‑level marketing role and is not for someone who simply schedules social posts or launches basic advertising campaigns. We are looking for a marketing operator who understands that modern digital marketing is data‑driven, performance‑focused, and systemized. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, analyzing performance metrics daily, and making rapid adjustments to improve outcomes. You will work directly with our internal marketing, design, and technology teams to deploy campaigns and digital strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients. This role requires someone who is organized, disciplined, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment where expectations are high and results matter. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring for paid media initiatives Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly based on key performance indicators including cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and return on ad spend Collaborate with internal design teams to develop ad creative and campaign assets that support performance objectives Execute and maintain social media marketing initiatives for client accounts in accordance with structured content calendars Support search engine optimization initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and monitoring of search performance Analyze campaign data and produce clear performance insights that inform marketing strategy Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and internal tracking across multiple client accounts Work closely with internal developers, strategists, and marketing managers to deploy integrated digital campaigns Utilize AI‑driven tools where appropriate to increase operational efficiency and improve campaign performance What Success Looks Like in This Role Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with marketing data The ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail Discipline in documenting work and maintaining organized campaign structures A proactive mindset when identifying optimization opportunities Consistent execution without constant oversight Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns or performance marketing initiatives Demonstrated experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar advertising platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking Experience working with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously Bonus Experience Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs Experience with marketing automation platforms Experience with email marketing campaigns Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows Experience working in fast‑paced agency or startup environments This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If You prefer highly structured environments where every task is assigned and managed for you You are uncomfortable being accountable for measurable performance metrics You struggle to manage multiple projects or deadlines at the same time You view digital marketing primarily as social media posting rather than performance‑driven strategy You are not comfortable analyzing data and adjusting campaigns based on results You prefer slow‑paced work environments over fast‑moving teams You are looking for a role where you can “coast” once campaigns are launched You are not comfortable receiving direct feedback intended to improve performance This Role Is a Great Fit If You enjoy solving marketing problems using data and experimentation You take pride in building campaigns that perform measurably better over time You are organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in your work You are comfortable operating in an environment where expectations are high You want to grow within a company that is building technology, marketing systems, and scalable infrastructure for ambitious businesses Compensation $42,000 base salary with ESOP participation opportunities after earned tenure Monthly spending allowance to support business development activities and personal wellness Benefits Monthly spending allowance to support business development activities and personal wellness Location Scottsdale, Arizona This position is in‑person and requires working from our Scottsdale office with the OMNIUX team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
