Position: Front Desk Insurance Receptionist Location: Kathy Landers Agency - 6680 NE 159th Ave STE 100 Vancouver, WA 98682 Employment Type: Full-Time Why Join Us? Starting $23/hr., depending on experience and insurance licensing Comprehensive benefits package (401k, health, dental, vision) Paid time off & holidays Opportunities for growth and professional development Friendly, supportive workplace culture What You'll Do: Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression Answer phone calls promptly and professionally Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist clients with paperwork and insurance inquiries Maintain organized front desk and office areas Support team members with administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with phone systems and Microsoft Office Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance Compensation: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
