We are looking for a Part‑Time Team Member to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and guest service area in an assigned restaurant at Hershey Lodge.

Job Duties (essential functions)
Assist servers
Restock all dining and service areas
Clear and reset tables
Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets
Pour coffee and water when required
Ensure that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table before guests take their seats
Tray food orders and deliver them to the correct table number efficiently and accurately
Forward any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrate an ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
Demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision
Be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and staff
Present a clean and professional image
Job Demands
Work on one’s feet for long periods of time
Stoop, bend, push and lift up to 40 pounds
Work in a clean, efficient, and orderly manner
Work flexible shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal periods, according to operational needs

This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
