Roving Assistant Property Manager – Clarksville / New Albany
Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to support our communities in the Clarksville/New Albany area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales‑driven environment, and is looking for long‑term growth with a nationally recognized multifamily owner‑operator.
What We Offer
Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission
Annual raises up to 5%

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionallySupport Property Managers with resident relations and community needs
Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
