Diamond Banc is seeking a driven, client‑focused professional to join our Miami team as a Client Benefit Agent. This role is designed to increase deal flow, support the Market Director, and deliver a best‑in‑class client experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
Drive client outreach through calls, texts, and digital channels
Work directly with clients to structure buy and loan solutions
Support deal flow from initial inquiry to funded transaction
Present offers using market data, comps, and DB formulas
Overcome objections and find solutions to close deals
Manage appointments, Salesforce activity, and client follow‑up
Assist with inventory processing, logistics, and operations

Strong communicator who takes initiative and drives conversations
Highly organized and thrives in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn systems like Salesforce and Podium
Solution‑oriented with a mindset to win every deal possible
