About us:
Amaryllis House of Beauty is a premium beauty salon in Brooklyn specializing in Russian manicure, pedicure, and advanced beauty services. We are looking for a strong, client-focused professional who can build relationships, provide exceptional service, and confidently recommend additional services in person.
Responsibilities
Greet and communicate with clients in person
Build strong relationships and create a welcoming experience
Upsell additional services (designs, hard gel, treatments, VIP technicians)
Guide clients through services and recommendations
Follow up with clients and encourage repeat visits
Re-engage clients who haven't returned
Handle client concerns professionally
Help maintain a fully booked schedule
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry or client-facing sales
Strong English communication skills
Confident in in-person sales and upselling
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust quickly with clients
Responsible and detail-oriented
Important
This is an in-person role
You must be comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face
You must be confident recommending and selling additional services
Do NOT apply if:
You are currently in high school or college
You do not have at least 2 years of relevant experience
You are not comfortable with sales and client interaction
Compensation and Growth
$17 per hour
20–30 hours per week, with opportunity to increase hours
Performance-based growth
Strong candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a Manager position with increased compensation and responsibility.
