Responsibilities
Do you enjoy spending time with seniors? Charter House Senior Living Community is looking for an individual to transport residents/clients to a variety of appointments in a safe and efficient manner. Your responsibilities as a transporter include completing resident/client escort assignments in a timely manner, and interacting politely and professionally with residents/clients, family members, and medical center staff.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, with the exception of the TN visa classification. Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have a
high school diploma or equivalent .
Additional Qualifications
Previous experience in geriatrics is preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and human relation skills to interact with residents/clients, family members, and staff.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress.
Varied hours, almost always during the day shift.

Compensation Detail $20.00 – $23.84 per hour; education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Hours/Pay Period Supplemental
Schedule Details This supplemental position requires a minimum of three 8‑hour shifts (24 hours) per month. Hours are based on resident transportation needs.
Weekend Schedule No weekends.

Site Description The job is located at a Mayo Clinic senior living community, with availability in various Mayo Clinic locations across Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; and Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities.
