Job Description

Travel to retail stores within a defined sales territory.

Manage territory consistently, making regular customer contacts.

Plan and execute sales initiatives and promotions.

Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and friendly.

Understand product line and pricing schedules thoroughly.

Make effective sales presentations to new and existing accounts.

Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business.

Identify and nurture new accounts.

Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.

Apply merchandising basics (display size/location, shelf position, cold boxes, counters, windows, etc.).

Follow necessary steps during sales calls.

Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate to minimize order mistakes.

Rotate products properly on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Handle all paperwork promptly and accurately.

Maintain up‑to‑date accounts receivable.

Position Qualifications

BA/BS degree or related industry experience.

Prior route sales experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Goal‑driven and results‑focused.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.

Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Candidate must pass criminal background check and MVR.
