
Level 2 Commercial Recruiter

As a Level 2 Recruiter, you will build upon your Level 1 foundation and continue to expand your knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle. You will independently source and engage candidates, continue building relationships, and support organizational initiatives as outlined in Recruiting Core Competencies Matrix.

We are looking for someone in Fort Lauderdale, FL area to support new business.
Responsibilities
Meet key performance metrics prescreens, submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
Work with Account Executives and hiring managers to understand client staffing needs to successfully overcome obstacles and achieve shared hiring goals.
Identify prospective candidates utilizing Boolean logic, search and match tools, job boards, and candidate networks, when applicable.
Conduct resume review and assessment based on job-specific criteria to determine candidate suitability.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by setting expectations through phone screens, efficiently scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Organize candidates based on their alignment with open positions, including candidate compensation and work-environment expectations.
Schedule and prepare candidates for client interviews and gather interview feedback from the candidates following their interview.
Provide consistent guidance to the candidate throughout the recruitment process
Proficient in job offers and rate negotiations to secure top talent
Maintain communication to ensure candidate satisfaction throughout the onboarding cycle and throughout their employment with Take 2.
Demonstrated leadership abilities by mentoring your peers with recruiting and administrative tasks that contribute to achieving individual and team goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR 1-4 years of professional experience in a relevant, fast-paced environment.
Proficient with compensation structures, including market trends and negotiation techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient understanding of technical roles relevant to our core capabilities.
Proficient with our internal systems (e.g., Bullhorn and Costpoint) and Office 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
