Collision Repair Estimator (Customer & Insurance Focused)
Tom Wood Collision is an OEM‑certified collision repair facility in Indianapolis. Looking for an Estimator to help our team focus on customer communication, insurance coordination, and repair process management.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish
Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper repair approvals
Manage expectations, timelines, and updates for customers
Advocate for safe, OEM‑compliant repairs
Qualifications
Experience in collision repair, automotive, or a related field (1+ year preferred; training available for the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate and problem‑solve with insurance companies
Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
Background in parts, service, or estimating is a plus
