Customer Service Representative
Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) – Full Time
Description Customer Service Representative position at Z1 Motorsports.
This role is part of a growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
Set up returns and exchanges.
Handle cancellations and order modifications.
Ensure order accuracy.
Verify part numbers and fitment.
Process shipping claims for damaged or lost orders.
Provide technical support.
Respond to customers in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Availability
Must be onsite.
40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends.
Requirements and Qualifications
Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
Automotive knowledge preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred.
Customer service/call-center experience preferred.
