Answer inbound calls and schedule service & project work Keep jobs organized by location and timing Turn frustrated callers into happy, repeat customers Update customer info in our dispatch software Work closely with managers, technicians, and project teams to keep the day running smoothly What You Bring:
Customer service experience (phone experience is a big plus!) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and detail-oriented mindset Construction or home services experience preferred This Role Is Perfect If You:
