Remote Customer Service Representative – Trades Industry (MST)
Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. We support multiple clients at once and operate in a fast‑paced, highly organized environment where clear communication and reliability matter.
This is a
fully remote position . Applicants must reside in the
Mountain Time Zone (MST) .
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls for home service clients
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high‑quality support
Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients
Represent client brands with consistency and care
What We’re Looking For
Clear, professional communicator
Organized and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable multitasking across tools and clients
Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback

Schedule & Availability We hire great people first and build schedules that work for both our team and our clients. Our team operates
Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM MST . Specific shifts vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay ranging from $15–$18, based on experience
